BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!
UPDATE: Same day, 10 hours later, Service Manager Samantha called and said my service plan will be honored. Apparently I got some bad information this morning but all good now. LG Dishwasher repair will happen Friday or sooner if they can book it.
Now that IS the way to do business, especially if you buy Local. -
