Dr. Klufas and his office staff are caring, compassionate and understanding. They put the patient first, and have the most wonderful bedside manner. He took the time to listen to, and then address all of our concerns. We didn't once feel rushed. The office staff was so kind to my 2-year-old son, and encouraged him to "be a kid" when I was trying to keep him quiet. Thank you, thank you for being so wonderful!
