(December 4, 2019, 9:58 am)My father recently had 2 stays at Evergreen and we were all pleased with the overall care he received. The staff is very compassionate and attentive. Dr. Roth and his team were wonderful with assisting my mother in navigating my dad and his return home. My father was discharged home on hospice and Dr. Roth and his team were again so compassionate and kind it was very much appreciated.

(March 9, 2019, 10:55 am)The place is very nice, however it takes forever for someone to come in when my husband pushes the call button, especially when he is sitting in body waste , for what now has been 40 minutes , and it is not the first time this has happened.. Another issues is when they do come in and they turn around to leave when my husband still is asking a question, disrespectful! I have no issue regarding cleanliness, room is always clean.
