  I walked into this Org with a lot of dos and don'ts lists relating to eating habits (and many which contradicted each other) and a head full of confusion. I was at a point in my life where I was afraid to eat and I was unable to muster up motivation because of it. Christine was assigned to help for me. She is a great listener and she has a keen sense of interpreting the needs of people inasmuch as diet goes. This person is with great empathy and with a willingness to help others. She devised a plan to help me stay focused and on track to eating the required amounts and times per day. She also devised the perfect diet plan which was affordable, clean and most beneficial toward reaching my needs and goals. I can honestly say that if it weren't for Christine, perhaps today I would be hospitalized with issues. I not only gained a better foothold in diet, etc, but a great friend as well. Certainly I recommend this Org to those needing help from a nutritionist!

  I have been seeing Kristina Lopes for close to a year now. She is knowledgeable and compassionate. I have done amazingly well under her care and guidance. Kristina is always positive and works hard to work around my , sometimes, extreme eating habits while still enabling me to be healthier, while reaching towards my goals.
  
  I suffer from anxiety and Depression and have found her to be extremely capable and understanding to my needs. If you are someone who suffers from those conditions i would highly recommend seeing her.

  I have been working with Christine M. for several years and with her support have successfully lost weight, increased my energy levels, and found new ways to eat healthy, nutritionally sound foods. Her compassionate and understanding approach to my specific concerns and challenges was most helpful. Christine is a skilled nutritionist and I have recommended her to friends and family. She is truly an asset to the field and to Evolution Nutrition!

  Christine is the most wonderful nutrionist. She has given me so many different options for my eating habits and has been so patient with all my struggles. I have done so well and she has made me realize what a more productive person I can be. I feel so much more healthy and am so lucky to have found her.

  Kristina Lopes has been nothing short of wonderful. She's always welcoming, ready with providing nutritional resources, and has not once made me feel like I was not making progress even when the scale hasn't reflected what I hoped. Initially, I began seeing her as I was stagnant in losing baby weight after my first child in 2017, but she has also helped me through gaining a healthier amount of weight during pregnancy with my second child and achieving good nutritional habits while breastfeeding after he was born. Then she never missed a beat when my child's pediatrician asked me to start an elimination diet while breastfeeding. She's realistic, encouraging, always positive, and so great when I have to take the kids along with me to my appointments!
