Best Dr. in RI. Very thorough and empathetic!
Dr Russell Settipane talked to me extensively, listened and figured out that ibuprofen could have been causing all my problems. I was having asthma attacks a few times a week, also sounded stuffy and had hives on a regular basis. He took me off the ibuprofen that I had been using for bursitis. Since...all symptoms have vanished. I will be eternally grateful for his knowledge but even more so for his steadfast patience to listen to his patients.
My daughter has been seeing Dr. Russel Settipane for years now and he’s been great. He always takes his time with us and spends as much time as we need going over her charts, explaining treatment options and potential medications, research news, and more. Yes there is usually a wait but that’s because he is extremely thorough and doesn’t rush your appointment. I am very picky when it comes to physicians and I couldn’t ask for a better allergist.
