He’s thorough and a great listener!
Dr. Harisaran is a GREAT Urologist. Not only professional but very polite and wonderful to interact with. One thing that has become an issue is making an appointment. Ever since Michelle left (or was fired?) it has become very difficult. For example, the past 3 months, when I have tried to make an appt, I ALWAYS get voicemail, and, even though it is Michelle's voice, I get a call back from someone else who knows nothing about my file. I called today, the voicemail said they would call me back by the end of the business day (I called at 1:30pm). They did NOT return my call. (2nd month in a row).
