NO BREAKFAST!!!
All you get is cold coffee, few granola bars and oatmeal that’s it.
Nice and clean Hotel
Huge rooms
Competitive pricing as compared to other hotels nearby
Location is good too.
For the most part Customer Service was very good but can use some coaching for sure though.
WiFi is a JOKE!!! -

(October 13, 2019, 4:16 pm)Exceptional service. Very clean rooms. Very comfortable bed! Nice layout, Refrigerator, microwave, stove top to cook meals , cable TV, WiFi, beautiful bathroom. Very accommodating! Vending machines and a lite breakfast is served early in the morning. This will be my go to place now that I’ll be visiting providence often! Friendly and helpful staff as well. Thanks for a awesome stay! I can’t find my photos right now but I’ll add them at a later date! I usually stay at places with pools and gyms etc but the fact that this is like a studio apartment outweighs the pool or gym that other hotels offer.

(October 1, 2019, 3:04 pm)The place is real clean. I can't tell if it's newer, or just remodeled. The room is spacious and open. Would have been nice to have a couch, don't know if all the rooms are like this one, with just a tiny chair. Cable is excellent on a large 42 or 50 inch screen. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the bed is hard as a rock. Like sleeping on plywood.
