  Krista was very proactive and efficient in taking care of all the details required to finalize my storage unit rental over the phone and via email, and the unit was available for my use quickly. A very pleasant experience. The facility is very clean and well located. Highly recommend.

  Extra Space Storage was convenient and easy, yet secure. I set up auto payments, had very easy access to the unit whenever I wanted, and never had any problems. There are two carts left in the common area to make it easy to move larger items in or out, which was very convenient for move in and out, and several times in between.

  My mother’s house has been destroyed by a back up from the city sewer drain. In a moments notice she has had her life turned upside down and forced to move to a rental. All her things need to be put in storage so they can demo the entire inside of the house.
  I am helping my mother and wanted to secure a storage unit for her items so I could start moving them soon. I had the pleasure of talking to Avery to get the storage unit my mother needed. Avery was very professional but also very empathetic and understanding. She was very patient and helpful in ensuring my mother would be taken care of. I needed help last minute and Avery was on top of it resulting in a secured unit for my mother in less than 10 minutes over the phone. I just want to thank Avery for all her help. Please don’t use anyone else for your storage needs and ask for Avery if you want someone who cares and will make sure you get the best result for your needs.

  Krista Waller, Store Manager at Inwood storage really came through for us, and went the extra mile to ensure Extra Space Storage could accommodate our reservation. We arrived shortly before Friday night close, we were departing Dallas early Saturday AM and required a timely resolution on a matter related to our reservation. Krista was outstandingly professional, explored options, and provided a fantastic experience.

  I had the most wonderful experience with Avery today in returning to this company to rent space. She was extremely professional, very focused, extremely helpful and candid, was very pleasant to be around and had a very cheerful demeanor. She was extremely courteous and would be a good manager I think because of her easy rapport with the customer. She told me everything about the contract including the arbitration clause and periodic rent increases which other employees might not want to address. She answered all my questions and was very honest. I really like that in an employee and is one of the reasons I opted to rent a space on the spot rather than continuing to shop other storage places.
