Helpful staff. Appreciate that they were following COVID guidelines

The worker the other day was a little rude but it still a great store. Went today had a different worker she was nice and very helpful. Usually the workers there are pretty nice. Great products, I will continue to go there.

I stopped into Sally yesterday (8/15/19) with my two little girls to look at some fun colors for their hair. I usually feel really lost when I walk into that store because I have no idea what everything is. And sometimes I feel like no one wants to help me out, But this time we were greeted the second we walked in and the girl working brought us right to where we needed to be, she even helped me talk my youngest out of green hair! It was great! Then when we were done and probably still looking lost she made sure we had everything we needed before we checked out. I wanted to thank her for her amazing customer service!!!

When searching for the best place for my parents I walked into the Bridge and it felt like home. My first meeting with Mayanne Grace and Nurse Pat was informative and friendly.. and at that moment I knew it was the right place. ALL the staff are the kindest most caring people. The word RESPECT stands out. All the workers respect the residents and their families immensely. They are always there to listen and take care of the residents with genuine kindness. My family is SO grateful for the everyday care we received. Great place.

Anna was fantastic! Her assistant manager was amazing as well. The workers in this store know their products. They also care about what you are looking for. I highly recommend shopping here. Excellent customer service!

Had a great tour of the facility with Jen Burns and was able to see all the benefits they have to offer to our elderly. I also had lunch there and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and selection that was served right out of there cafeteria. They had just completed renovations and the common areas and living areas were beautiful. I couldn't say enough about how pleasant their staff is and the care that this place offers.

To anyone that is looking and comparing facilities, I would strongly encourage to add this to your list and speak with Jen on what they can do to help.

The Bridge treated our Dad with dignity and respect and enhanced his quality of life. He was always clean and well groomed and the staff were very kind to him. In addition, the nursing staff kept us informed at all times of our Dad's condition. I would highly recommend The Bridge as a placement for a loved one.

I think the world of Jen at the Bridge. She is amazing. She has a ton of energy and truly looks out for the best interest of her residents. I highly recommend them!

I've toured this facility several times through professional and networking events, and they do a tremendous job putting together a warm & engaging atmosphere for residents. Extremely pleasant staff, great social spaces, even a pool table!
