  Once again the service department has demonstrated outstanding customer service to me for my routine Vehicle maintenance and service needs. The staff at this location is hands-down the best of the best that I have dealt with at any other maintenance facility. To top it off, they are led by an outstanding service manager Shawna who takes the time to greet and thank every customer.

  The first time I gave them 5 stars, it was for their auto services. Super helpful and friendly. No hidden fees or anything.
  
  This time, I would like to give them 5 stars for the sales side. Roy and Justin made it really easy for me to exchange my car and helped me with everything, from loans to insurance. Although I did have to wait a bit due to a little inconvenience, they made it worth the wait and their customer service was wonderful.
  
  If you'd like to purchase a car from a Hyundai dealership, this is the place to visit. They are all always genuine and happy to help. They'll try the absolute best to give you the best price AND rates. Especially Roy. ????

  I was helping my daughter in law buy a car last December. After numerous visits to other dealerships where we were treated to the typical sleazy tactics, we ended up at Grieco Hyundai. I was pleasantly surprised how decently and honestly they treated us. Everyone was great but special thanks to the sales manager and the general manager. So, how much did we appreciate Grieco Hyundai? My daughter in law bought a car from them and 5 weeks later I went back and bought a new car from them. I hope they never change their approach to customers.

  I want to give a big shout out to Shawna Morrell, Service Manager at Grieco Hyundai. They are very lucky to have such an excellent Service Manager representing them. My mom recently needed service on her car and Shawna took care of everything making it hassle free. She had amazing follow through and friendly personality. I think it is very important to have great representation. I will continue to give Grieco Hyundai my business because of her.

  I can't speak for the sales team as I didn't buy from them, but I have always been treated courteously by the service department for all concerns, including a few large warranty issues that required complex paperwork and testing to confirm coverage. I appreciate their attention to detail and respect for my concerns, particularly with regard to instances where I've worked with Corey and Solida. I have felt taken care of, respected and communicated with at all times. I feel quite comfortable recommending them and using them for my needs.
