  I joined TWF sometime in October 2018. I was looking for a place that I would want to come back everyday and workout. It's been a great 4 months here.The workouts are fun and the energy levels in the classes are high.There is always someone to help you out when in need. There are people at different fitness levels too and the coaches always give you multiple options if you are unable to do an exercise. I am a fitter and more importantly a happier me than I was 4 months back.
  
  Many feel that the monthly fee is on the higher side but honestly its the best $200 I spend every month. (I am sure there are other places where we can cut our expenditures :)) .Thank you Coach Mike and Jen!
  
  Anyone in doubt should give it a try for a month and I am sure you wont regret it!

  Great place to workout. People here are very motivated and provide lots of encouragement. If you have not tried the program I suggest stopping by and ask about any ongoing trial periods.

  I have been a part of TFW Providence for about a year now. I really enjoy the program the workouts are always different and coach Mike keeps you motivated. It is also really great to work out as a team! I would recommend everyone to come and try it for themselves you will not regret it!

  The TFW program has been a program that has truly changed my whole outlook on life. My confidence, eating habits, strength and speed all dramatically improved in just the three months I have been in the program. The coach, Mike, has to be the most motivating coach I've ever had. He pushes you to get you the results he knows you deserve and he will probably have more faith in you than you have in yourself. Each workout is challenging but fun at the same time. I can honestly say that these past three months I've seen the best results with this program than any other program I've tried. TFW is more than building strength and agility, it's building confidence and motivation.

  The TFW program has been the most motivating workout I've ever experienced. I've seen great results with the program in just 2 short months. Coach Mike is great at pushing you just enough to get results that you probably wouldn't if you were just working out yourself. I've surprised myself with the strength I've gained! The best part, for me, is that every day is different and it makes working out much more fun!
