  Waited until the day they were supposed to "check my car" and start working on it... Just to call and say they "didn't have time" to fit it in their schedule for a few more days..... if that was the case I would of brought it somewhere else when I dropped it off with them.
  
  My problem is the fact that I was told there WOULD DEFINITELY be time.... my car was there for 4 days and I tried to contact Michael to see what was going on with it and there was no response. On the absolute day that it was supposed to be finished I got a phone call and a voicemail was left by Ken saying they would not be able to work on it for potentially DAYS longer. They not only wasted my time but I was lied to. Being honest and upfront is part of being a business owner. If Michael didn't want to work on my car he should have said so the first day I stepped foot in the shop. I went to a trusted mechanic with the money to fix a brand new (to me) car...... i will change my star rating as the Lowell's do fantastic work...... But, their customer service skills are needing to be improved.

  Fast and friendly service. I called for an appointment and was able to get in the next day. I was able to drop my vehicle off before going to work in the morning using their night drop box. Mike called me with several tire options different prices and quality. He found tires that were available for that day at a very reasonable price. I also needed parking brake cables he was able to order for the next day. When my vehicle was completed I was notified that I could pick it up by text as I requested. Everything was great thank you.
