  They are set back from the road and without a sign near the road so are a bit difficult to find - take note of the photo for assistance. Once there though, the two young men manning the place immediately stopped what they were doing to help load my several hundred pound package onto my pickup from a dock designed only for tractor trailers (3' higher than the bed of my pickup). They were courteous, prompt, considerate and careful. Four stars only because the home office never called me to tell me it was not in Shrewsbury MA (as stated on their website) (or had even arrived from CA) but in Lincoln RI (slightly closer to my home). If my shipper had not persevered to track it down I would have gone to the wrong place. Apparently all telephone business is only done through the central number which exacerbates coordination.
