(November 7, 2019, 9:55 pm)The guy really knows his electronics. I brought my 1970's, vintage Marantz Stereo to have a power switch replaced. Mr Cho was able to source original parts for the replacement, that was over 5 years ago and the stereo is working great. Highly recommended.

(February 14, 2019, 11:00 pm)Cho's Electronics is a good friend to the retro gaming enthusiast. I had purchased a Sony professional video monitor to play vintage game consoles on (NES, SNES, etc), however the geometry of the set really needed work (the upper right corner of the screen was shifted on an upward diagonal slant). Rather than take the risk of damaging the set, or injuring myself (it's actually quite dangerous to open up old CRT's) i brought my PVM to Cho's. Cho performed some internal adjustments to the set (yoke adjust) and greatly improved the picture geometry. I'm so thankful that I found this business as there aren't many shops left that would take the time to work on a CRT television in 2019. If you are a gamer, and love CRTs, but your picture geometry is crooked and it's bothering you, give Cho a call! Very friendly and personable customer service. I felt I paid a fair price for the work performed. I would definitely go back! This gamer is satisfied! Many thanks to Cho and his awesome local business!

He fixed my TV once and provided a 3-month warranty in case any more issues arose, he would fix it again free. That happened, so I returned and he quickly fixed it again. Unfortunately, I made a bad TV choice and the issue stuck no matter what. He advised me not keep trying as it wasn't worthwhile financially. However, he offered me a credit for one of the used TVs he was selling, which was a great deal.
In short, he has the expertise to fix what can be fixed, and the caring to take care of you (not just try to rack up a bill for himself). Very fair, friendly and helpful.
