(December 26, 2019, 4:57 pm)Very nice gentleman helped me fit a steel bracelet watch I was given as a gift for Christmas. The watch was not purchased at this store, and he was still incredibly professional and helpful. He stopped what he was working on, adjusted the band until I felt the fit was perfect. They also have a great selection of Seiko, Bulova, and Citizen watches among several other brands. Will definitely return to and recommend this place for buying a watch and for any service and repair. It's clear they have a lot of experience and take pride in what they do.

(November 3, 2018, 12:29 pm)Watch repairer Aron was knowledgeable and nice, and took my Frederique Constant watch back in after some issues subsisted. BUT I had to go back several times as he could not find the problem. It was only partially his fault as the problem was hard to find (needed a microscope to see). I give a 4-star as I paid for a 300$ repair and I had to return 3 times to convince him there was a problem. Also he is not a certified repairer of my brand so could not replace the damaged piece...
