  I told them when I called I had an urgent need to begin treatment because I hurt my back. They made an appointment within 24 hrs. I walked in to their office with a walker! Three months later I was walking 100% pain free on my own. I cannot stress enough how fantastic they treated me. I highly recommend these folks.

  Dr Nestor and staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant. I have been to several other physical therapists but the hands on manipulation in conjunction with the exercises from Nestor have resulted in a positive result unlike any other facility

  I am 72 and I have had chronic back pain for the past six years This pain has prevented me from doing a lot of the things my wife and I like to do I have tried every stretch on the planet, visited numerous PT therapists, had three neurosurgeons recommend surgery, have had all types of massages and recently had steroid back injections The first set of injections were pain free for four months, the second set lasted three months the third set lasted two months My Physiatrist recommended a PT business to me and I contacted Dr Nestor. He was able to quickly pinpoint my problem which was my sciatic nerve being pinched. After a month of PT I was given stretches that would keep my sciatic nerve where it should be I stretch for 20 minutes in the morning and am pain free all day Before I went to see Dr Nestor I was taking anywhere from 12 to 16 Advil a day to deal with the pain I have not taken any Advil since my second appointment Dr Nestor and his staff are professional and are really invested in their patients If you or anyone you know is in need of PT make sure you send them to Nestor PT I am positive they will thank you for your help

  Two years ago, I needed treatment for a pinched nerve in my neck. I had come to the point where I had to use my left hand to lift my right arm to do certain things. As I am right-handed, this was a problem.
  After treatment attempts by 2 chiropractors and one massage therapist, I finally went to Nestor PT. Dr Nestor and Josh resolved this completely!
  About a year ago I experienced sharp pains in my lower back whenever I arose from a chair or from from my car. I tried a PT nearer to my home and got no results. I finally went back to Dr Nestor and within 14 visits I am now pain-free! Thank you Dr. Nestor, and Dave and Josh!

  Dr. Nestor and his team are great. If I'm ever in need of PT again I won't hesitate to call them.
