Crown did excellent work for us—the car looks like new, and they returned it literally sparkling clean. The team worked quickly, answered all our questions, and finished the job twelve days ahead of schedule. Melissa Martel was delightful to work with on the phone, and kept us posted as the job progressed. Can’t recommend highly enough!

My truck was in an accident and looked horrible the team there is amazing they did an awesome job putting my truck back to rights looks just like it did the day I bought it when they were done and they even detailed it for me while it was in to say I’m impressed is an understatement I’ll add a couple before and after photos

This place is nothing short of amazing. I used them a few years ago and had zero complaints, so when my new car (of 2 months!) was involved in a hit & run recently they were the first shop I thought of! Jessica was so sweet and helpful. You can tell she truly loves her job and cares about her clients. She answered any and all questions I had, and addressed every concern I had regarding the damages. I would call every couple days and she gladly gave me updates on my car. Another friendly and helpful employee was Jenn. She greeted me upon arrival and made me feel at ease. Having your car damaged is stressful enough so everyone at this shop definitely tries to take that away and make the process as easy as possible. Jessica and Jenn are the only employees I was able to interact with and catch their names but I’m sure everyone else there is like that too. When it was time to pick up my car I literally cried… it was beautiful! So shiny, everything aligned, no overspray, you wouldn’t even be able to tell my whole back door was replaced. They even detailed the outside and inside of the car. Crown Collision truly exceeds all expectations. They will always be my first choice for repairs and I will always recommend them to anyone. The only downfall is sometimes their waitlist is long but that’s just because of how awesome they are and how great the service is! I’m so thankful to them for taking such good care of me and my vehicle.

Twice i have used crown collision as my repair shop of choice, and i have got say without a doubt my experience was great! Every step of the way melissa was keeping me updated and doing everything possible to get my vehicle back as soon as possible!

Crown Collision did an excellent job repairing my 2018 Audi Q3. They were very professional, communicated well throughout the process and completed the work quickly. They washed my car and cleaned out the interior and its those little details that really mean a lot to me. I can't tell that the car ever had a scratch on it, and in my mind that's the sign of a job well done.

Before and after photos attached, there's a little road salt in the after photos but you can see what a great job they did.

If I ever need a repair shop again I'm taking my car back to Crown. Thanks so much!
