Very personable as well as efficient. He was seriously engaged in determining the diagnosis as I was presenting with a lot of symptoms which could be treated in different ways. I left feeling as though I were in good hands as I was given a few different treatment options to follow. Also, I respected his saying that he would do some research into a possible diagnosis in which he was not an expert.
