  Finding All Day Physique Gym has been the best thing to ever happen to me. This gym, specifically personal trainer Liz Cruso, has absolutely changed my life physically and mentally. If you are looking for a personal trainer she is your girl! She is very knowledgeable and experienced and definitely knows how to keep you accountable! She has taught me so much about nutrition and will put you through some killer workouts. Ever since stepping into this gym just a few months ago, I’ve been closer to my goals than ever and everyone who works and trains at this gym is full of positivity and good vibes. Not to mention the owner Aaron Day is one of the best people you will ever meet. He is extremely kind and I can not say enough good things about him and this gym. I would recommend it to anybody looking to better themselves while being surrounded by amazing people. Extremely grateful for this place.

  I’ve been training at All Day Physique for about 3 weeks. I have loved the energy and positivity this gym brings since the very first day I went for a consultation! Everyone is always rooting for you, which in my opinion is one of the best feelings. It is so encouraging to know you have people that want you to reach your goals and is helping you find a path to do so. My trainer Amanda is always pushing me to do better, achieve more and always helps me find a way to take the next step. I could not be any happier of my decision to join this family and I know neither would you!

  Everyone at All Day Physique Gym is welcoming and friendly! I was so nervous and hesitant when I scheduled my first session but I am so happy that I did. It is such a great atmosphere of supportive people. Liz is my trainer and nutrition coach and she’s amazing!! The workouts are the most challenging I’ve ever done but Liz makes me feel motivated, comfortable, and continues to push me every day. I am already starting to see results after just three weeks and always look forward to my next session with her. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for the extra motivation to get into shape!

  All Day Physique is the best gym I have ever been to! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to work towards their goals and join a very supportive community. The gym has such a welcoming atmosphere and all the trainers are very dedicated to helping you! My trainer Amanda has helped me become stronger and healthier not only physically but mentally as well. I never enjoyed working out until I started at All Day, now I look forward to challenging myself and working towards a better me!

  The All Day Physique Gym is by FAR the best personal training gym in the area. The owner Aaron Day and all of the trainers that work in the gym are the kindest most professional trainers I’ve ever met. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or anything but welcomed and genuinely cared for when in the gym. The trainers push you beyond limits to meet your goals and make you feel like the best version of yourself. I have been training here for 7 months and have never felt better about myself. I have nothing but good things to say about the trainers and everyone involved at the All Day Physique Gym.
