For referrals, call the Crisis Stabilization Unit directly at 401-383-5150, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Referrals are accepted from emergency rooms, inpatient facilities and behavioral health providers. The CSU staff will conduct comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate admissions.
