  Heres a honest review from someone who knows the owner for a long time and frequents multiple bait shops, first off the owner is very friendly and will greet everyone with a hello or whats up buddy, hes very knowledgeable about what he does, he lives basically at the bait shop so hes always their if the doors are locked just call his number he will be right over. The items are a little pricey when compared to other bait and tackle shops, for some its the convenience of being in providence so it kind of balances it out having to drive to another one. They 80% of the time have all baits stocked and healthy live baits, their live bait prices are higher then others and their frozen baits are a little more but the owner has a personality so sometimes its worth the hike for a good laugh, sometimes i encounter a young green horn working by himself and the prices seem to change when this fella is working and not for the better, its usually $1 here $1 there but it adds up at the end of a shift. Their is a dog on the premises but its very friendly and never bothers customers, likes to lay around. You ask me it has the good life lol, their is a outside bait window so you dont have to go in the store but currently not in use, and their is no wheel chair ramp, not accessible for the handicap unless you can walk on your own, the store is located on a main road with front door street parking on a busy street, becareful if your in a rush for bait the city put a cash grab speed camera maybe 150ft from the bait shop. The camera is facing towards charles st. Theirs a lot of weirdos that walk up and down that street so lock your doors when you run in the shop quick unless someones sitting outside. Well this was as honest as i could get, enjoy and happy fishing. Go pats!

  The owner is great. He's not trying to rob anybody. He's straight forward and honest. He could have made money off me, but instead he was honest, and made less than half of what he could have made. They have all your fishing needs.
