(August 20, 2020, 8:11 pm)Not sure why this place has bad reviews. Every time I have gone in this store I’ve received excellent customer service. I went in today because my phone started acting up, there was only one employee (Edwardo) and at one point 5 customers in the store. Edwardo has great customer service the entire time! It took about 2 hours for him and apple to come to the conclusion that my phone needed to be sent in, my toddler was getting antsy and he still had all the patience in the world. The phone service is great, and I will always recommend this store!

(February 24, 2016, 5:58 pm)This location is without out a doubt one of the most friendliest Boost Mobile stores I have been to in the Triangle area. The sales associates are always delighted to see the customers and always greet customers in such a sincere and gleeful manner. The sales associates, Chris and Mikey, are always helpful when it comes to answering questions about my service and paying my bills. I have never been unsatisfied with the service at this location!
