  I appreciated how fast, informative, and relaxed the service was. I didn't feel pressure to do anything to my car I didn't want to. I was given a clear explanation of the recommended services and why they were recommended, and then presented with a choice whether to go forward with each service. I felt comfortable.

  I came to SpeeDee looking for a miracle and boy did they deliver! I made a poor choice to have a friend do an oil change in my car, something I had NEVER done before but was struggling a bit financially so I figured I would try it. The oil change was done and while I was driving back billows of white smoke were coming out of my exhaust and my engine light came on. I called a few places but the person I spoke to at SpeeDee's really made me feel comfortable and they took my car right away! Come to find out, too much oil was put into my car and had to have all of the oil drained and then new oil back in as well as a flush to make sure my catalytic converter wasn't damaged! Luckily, it's been okay!
  The manager and employees at Spee Dee were amazing! They made me feel completely comfortable, and were ALL very kind! They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and considering how large the mistake was, it was extremely affordable! I highly recommend them and won't be going anywhere else from now on! I CANT THANK THEM ALL ENOUGH!

  The people are patient and helpful in explaining what maintenance they recommend and why. Over the years they have consistently provided great service to keep my car running smooth well after 200k miles.
