The instructors are amazing. I am not a fit person, but I have gained a great foundation in less than a month while losing over 10 pounds. I highly recommend the classe here lasseare looking for a challenging whole body workout and to take class in a friendly and nonjudgmental environment!
It was my 1st pole class and she was very informative and assertive, I will definitely be there all the time. Very exhilarating I feel like a new woman!
An incredible studio with an amazing owner and instructors. Very thorough, thoughtful classes that really allow you to feel like you are in a supported environment! I'm so incredibly happy I re-discovered this studio after the new owner Melissa took it over. I'm THRILLED to go every single week! Plus yoga is coming...pole and yoga under one roof! Highly recommend!
