I was two weeks post neck surgery and the surgeon said it was time for PT, so asked a friend to recommend a Physical Therapist. I've been to the traditional PTs in the state and have had very slow results. He recommended Capaldi Chiropractic. He said her Active Release Techniques were simply amazing and showed immediate results. I made the appointment and found Dr. Capaldi to be professional, energetic, and explained everything as she performed the therapy. Active Release Technique works. My surgeon was simply amazed at the healing and strength I regained only after 4 weeks post surgery. He told me I could start slow jogging, and teach my spin class. I see Dr. Capaldi once a week and she is what keeps this old body working. If you are looking for Chiropractic Care there is non better than Capaldi Chriopractic.
Walk into Dr Capaldi's office in pain, walk out feeling like a new person. Her method of chiropractic, using muscle release as part of her treatment, is what keeps me going back when I have a problem. And.... I travel 40 minutes to see her... she is that good. I honestly would not go to anyone else.
I've been a patient of Dr. Capaldi's for over a year. It all began with chronic headaches, which Dr. Capaldi eliminated without meds, and then the occasional gym injury and preventative care. Her approach is to understand you and provide holistic care. I highly recommend seeing her! You will be glad you did.
I never write reviews but I have to tell you about Dr Kiara. She isn't just your run of the back adjuster.. She doesn't just adjust you she works on the surrounding areas to make sure you will feel well. I've been to many many chiropractors over the years, she is by far the BEST!!!!!! Go see her!!
