(May 23, 2019, 4:32 pm)I love CycleBar Smithfield! Great team, great energy, great workout. 45 min rides so you're in and out in less than an hour. There are so many great stores within the plaza. I would recommend trying it out if you haven't. First ride is FREE!

(May 20, 2019, 10:55 am)I stop in for a free trial, I have tried Cycling at LA Fitness before 2-3 times. I was super impressed how Friendly everyone was I got a free water bottle and locked and I was off cycling. Much better music and bikes here Vs LA fitness I like how you can race people at certain points which makes it like a game. After the cycle you get nice towels to cool you off and even banana’s and fruit. I have to say everything is top notch! I burned about 650 Cals and was soaked in sweat just what I was looking for. The instructors have all been very nice and motivating which brings you back for more! Give this place a try!
