“I don’t usually post many online reviews, however it was important for me to share what a great quality Memory Care facility Willowbrook Place is. I have been assisting in my brother’s care for Alzheimer’s disease, for several years, and we recently moved him into Willowbrook Place (from a different facility). Even though our move took place recently, the quality of the Leadership Team, and Team Members at Willowbrook Place, is so noticeable and appreciated. The great culture, and the dedication, commitment, compassion, and quality of the Willowbrook Leadership Team & Team Members, is amazing. And beyond what I had even hoped it could be! It has also brought me peace of mind, in knowing my brother is well taken care of, and in a great environment. I feel fortunate to now have my brother in the care of the Willowbrook Place Team. In working with the Willowbrook Leadership team (Executive Director & Community Relations Director, and the Clinical Services Director & Asst. Clinical Services Director, and rest of team), I have found an amazing level of dedication, engagement, responsiveness, and compassion. They truly are always there for you, if needed. And it feels like you and your family member, have quickly gained the benefit of a quality team, who almost also feel like old friends or family, who are caring for your loved one! “This doctor never checks your feet ! And, his secretary Angelina is incompetent! I called 2x to speak with Frank (one being extremely important) and was told I could not! Angelina, is rude unlike Phyllis who retired.And, as far as a fax being acknowledged by this rude woman Angelina well forget it since she ignores them..I have found another Diabetes doctor, one who returns calls and has a pleasant office staff..I would "not" recommend this doctor to anyone! I have left mostly due to Angelina and her not allowing me to speak to my doctor..”

“I had to take a moment and write this review simply because I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for the amazing pharmacist working at this location. For years Adam has gone above and beyond in helping myself and my family. Whether it be catching a potentially toxic interaction previously unseen from medications prescribed by doctors, giving heartfelt advice to a terrified new mom dealing with her child’s first cold, or simply answering the one million and two questions I typically have any time I call or walk in. I give my sincerest thanks to this wonderful man and his fantastic team for always being there with caring guidance and an unbelievable knowledge bank to boot. No matter where I have lived in this state I have made it a point to continue to come back here because you simply cannot replace someone who truly cares about what they do and the people they serve.
