“While driving home last night my tire pressure indicator came on. I went to the Johnston BJ's Tire center, where I had purchased the tires and the gentleman who was on was working on a car. He asked what my problem was and when I explained probably low air pressure he took care of me immediately. It took him less than 5 minutes, but for him to squeeze me in was really great of him. I was home in minutes thanks to a caring employee. I will definitely buy my next set of tires there. He deserves a big pat on the back. This is what makes great customer service.”
