All the zucchini i bought last year. I was able to make 196 to 198 zucchini muffins. Plus freeze zucchini n squash for the winter months. I really did enjoy having the zucchini and squash in the winter time. My 1 child didn't even realize he was eating zucchini last year in the muffins. Normally he would stick his nose in the air about zucchini. But he ate the muffins like wild fire. Lol it took us months to eat through the zucchini muffins that i made.”
