“I love this store. The staff is courteous, friendly and informed. I brought my dog here on his “Gotcha” from the pound day, he was overdue for a bath. Staff helped set me up to give him a bath, provided the Oatmeal shampoo for $10! I was happy that this was our 1st stop, we needed dog food, treats, bowls etc. Our pup is happy to join us when we go to Pet Valu, he knows he’ll meet warm friendly staff and will get some treats. We always prefer to support local business. This is conveniently located a has wonderful customer service. The height of the the bath is much easier than bathing him @ home. Keep it local.”

They sent out someone by the name of Shaun (forgive me of I spelled it wrong) and when he got to us he tried to see if he can fix what was wrong with it.
