Briarcliffe Gardens Memory Care Assisted Living and the Cottage at Briarcliffe Gardens are privately owned residential facility. They are providing secured environment, specialized person-centered care, and high quality services designed to maximize person’s strengths and minimize their limitation. I observed that Briarcliffe professional caregivers make great efforts to optimize the quality of life for each resident by compliment personality, interest and hobby. Caregiver expertise, respectful approaches and techniques are noted. Among many services, Briarcliffe Management has been always committed to quality care that puts residents first. Resident’s families has been supported and encouraged to participate in care. Briarcliffe Gardens Family Support Group meets once per month, on every second Tuesday of each month from 4:30PM – 6PM. Our hope is that each participant will gain a better understanding of the disease process, learn how to embrace and implement person centered care, assimilate new communication skills and learn how to join on a journey with Dementia. There is no cost to participants. I think that speaks so well of the Briarcliffe facility.”
