They were amazing to work with, helped us through with he accessories we wanted, protection plans, warranty options and financing. It went quickly and efficiently. “While driving home last night my tire pressure indicator came on. I went to the Johnston BJ's Tire center, where I had purchased the tires and the gentleman who was on was working on a car. He asked what my problem was and when I explained probably low air pressure he took care of me immediately. It took him less than 5 minutes, but for him to squeeze me in was really great of him. I was home in minutes thanks to a caring employee. I will definitely buy my next set of tires there. He deserves a big pat on the back. This is what makes great customer service.”
