Only complaint is one time I went in their with a group of friends, and was treated like I was responsible for them, even though they were 14-15 and perfectly capable of handling themselves. I was asked if I was with them and when I said yes, I was told to tell them to quiet down. I'm not their babysitter. But other than that, great place to buy whatever you need, but not really somewhere you want to hang out for an extended amount of time.”

“Mike and Josh did an excellent job renovating a master bathroom at a condo that I own and rent out. After the old bathroom walls were demolished, we found two pipes that were unexpected. Mike and Josh didn't miss a beat and offered sound advice on the best options to deal with them. They were neat and professional, which made the renovation easier on my tenant who was living in the condo during the renovation. They also replaced four doors with solid core ones that look great. I only regret that I can not personally enjoy this bathroom. I was very pleased with the results and predict that you will be as well. I plan to use Quality Renovations for projects at my house. Staff is friendly, not intrusive. Selection for specific crafting activities is as expected. A sliding shelving system has allowed for more choices of smaller items and findings (e.g. sewing and stickers). Honestly, my favorite Michaels to visit and shop.”
