“I have to give credit when credit is due. I recently purchased my home. My boiler was installed less than a year ago and is still under service warranty by Petro. Last week when temperature dropped, the heat didn't come on. I was worried about calling Petro due to all the negative reviews. Today, I called the 800 number and spoke to a CS Rep who offered little assistance. I was disappointed and was sure that my issue wouldn't be addressed but I didn't give up. I then called the a Warwick location already expecting bad service. I was pleasantly surprised about the excellent service provided. From the initial call with the knowledgeable and patient Customer Service Rep, to the absolutely AMAZING Technician (Pedro) who was immediately dispatched to my home. Seriously, he knocked at my door within a few hours from my call to Petro. I am impressed to say the least. Petro, the CS Rep (didn't get her name - sorry) and Pedro (the Technician) all deserve this positive review. They really do. I am looking forward to seeing consistent good service to sign up for regular oil service in the future. Thank you Technician Pedro. You are the best.”
