He's not a surgeon, he's not sewing on your third arm, but what he does know is effective treatment. Obviously everyone's recovery is different, but if you go in with a plan, he will be receptive to your suggestions. You should do your homework prior to going to any medical professional in general. Take a little initiative and do a little bit on your end. After all, nobody can help you recover quite like you can. The dude knows his stuff, he does have a lot of options available. He is the one who can facilitate your recovery. He's the one with the resources, the one with the script pad. Help him help you.”
