The driver was professional, courteous, neat, clean and cheerful. He knew exactly where to tow the car. The car went to my professional Volvo mechanic (C B Impprts LLC, 184 Danielson Pike, Foster, RI). The Knox tow truck was new and clean. The whole experience was not stressful at all.”
