(September 29, 2017, 11:18 am)Great guy, shows up on time and knows his stuff. Had to connect my CAT5 wired throughout the house to the rest of my home network, as the builder had not. It was wired to an obsolete phone system. He instantly knew what to do and job completed before I knew it. Awesome to have guys like him around to help!

He has setup my systems in 3 rooms, but most importantly my basement project where he set me up with a crazy good system. The owner, John, is professional and very reasonable when it comes to pricing. Most important though, when it comes to setting up your “man cave” right you need someone that has great ideas to help with recommendations based on years of experience, is high quality, and is meticulous when it comes to doing the job right. He makes sure you have all that you want and need! EVERYTHING was done perfect and had me on cloud 9 once the project was complete!! Then there is the customer service aspect, which I can tell you I have never had a better experience. I have had issues that have popped up, none to do with John but due to things like me changing cable companies where they messed things up, but I never worried because over the last 2 years since the job has been completed John has always been there to help when I’ve had an issue someone else caused! I can’t recommend John and his company Sight and Sound by Design in Fort Mill, SC enough! Truly amazing!!!
