Words can't describe this gym! Coach Eric and Dylan are the best coaches in the culture. They are patient and ensure you are doing your workouts correctly and your forms are perfected. They make sure quality is better than quantity and that is what's important. Cross-fit can be intimidating and Eric and Dylan make the indian land tribe welcoming. I came in as a beginner and have advanced so much thanks to these two coaches! Give them a try! Eric will give you a couple free workouts to try it out!! All Levels welcomed! From beginners to getting you out to doing competitions!!

Best box ever!! Coach Eric is amazing!! Great instructor and very encouraging! He takes pride in the clients success and really helps us meet our goals!! Atmosphere is great, no competition and lots of laughs. We are really one big family!!
A great gym with GREAT people! Eric White is an excellent coach and ensures that you learn the proper techniques for all movements while also pushing you to challenge yourself.
