  Great rooms, fantastic staff.
  I come and stay regularly for work. 2 things to note: it's a big step up from the other Ballantyne area hotels in terms of room size and comfort. It's always clean. Second, big thank you to the staff, who are warm, welcoming, and competent. Recently had a mix-up with a company reservation getting lost, and Brianna at the front desk helped my coworker and I make it right in no time. Thanks a lot!

  The rooms are amazing. They remind me of an upscale apartment in Manhattan NY. Friendly staff and the rooms are really clean. I had the King suite and I loved it.

  Very nice environment. Clean and neat. Spacious and comfy room. Reception staff Brianna is super friendly and helpful

  Great hotel. Full-size kitchen, internet TV, dining room table and surprisingly delicious complimentary breakfast. The hotel is extremely modern, and a luxurious place for temporary living. I will comment that this hotel doesn't offer alcohol on premises or in the on-site store, but this is my only complaint.

  This was a gem find; location was perfect. The first room had a problem with the thermostat, switched room and all was great. We are seniors; recommend in bathrooms to have grabbars on all walls in shower. There was only 1 on back wall. Also a bamboo corner seat; doesn't have 2b permanent; one that you can place in shower if needed. Kitchen was very well equipped. Breakfast was very nice. The first person we encountered was Brianna at front desk. Another gem, happy, helpful, knowledgeable; all around perfect rep, keep her????. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Marriott.
