  I can’t say enough about these guys! I wanted front brakes and an oil change done on my car. Tim explained everything to me like no one else EVER has. I actually understand a little more about brakes than I did before. Professional and kind and smart. I will always ask Tim about services for my car because I trust his knowledge. Thanks for being so nice where in a day and age that customer service is hard to find. A+

  These guys were very honest and admitted that a technician accidentally dropped something that put a crack in my windshield. They called Safelite and paid over $400 for a high quality replacement to be put in the next day. They we're honest and professional, which is what I really want most from an auto shop. I will definitely be going there from now on.

  I had got into a fender bender the day prior to going to Meineke for my scheduled oil change.I didn't realize the latch on my hood wasn't/ wouldn't properly secured. At the end of my oil change Timmy asked me if there was any trick to getting my hood to close. I told him that I just press it down hard on the hood. After a couple of minutes, Timmy asked me to come back due to my hood not securing. I went back to my vehicle where Carlos showed me that the hood's latch wasn't lining up. Carlos told me that he was concerned about the hood flipping up while driving. Carlos after identifying the issue fixed the problem and my vehicle's hood secured. The care that Timmy and Carlos showed for me and my safety was beyond what is expected. I would highly recommend this Meineke to anyone of my family members and close friends.

  I'm EXTREMELY picky about were I take my car to get an oil change or service. I watched the whole time as the mechanic changed my oil as well as the filter. The owner was very nice and courteous as well as the register girl. A+ will recommend.
