  I had problems with a 2018 f-150 I bought used from a dealer in PA. I had taken it to another Ford dealer for repairs after three times they finally told me to trade the truck. I contacted Burns Ford In Lancaster and they said bring it over. We had to wait on parts from Ford but as soon as they arrived the truck was fixed in a few days. I appreciate their willingness to work on a truck they did not sale. Thanks to the whole staff at Burns Ford in Lancaster, I highly recommend this dealership.

  Took my F150 to Burns Ford in Lancaster for a “The Works” service. Oil change, tire rotation, etc. Service was performed professionally and quickly. They notified me that there was a nail in one of my tires (which I had recently expected) and they repaired that as well. Service desk personnel and cashier were courteous and helpful. Thanks Burns Ford.

  Had an appointment and a coupon for 185000 mile service including oil/filter change and tire rotation. I also had “tire pressure sensor fault” light. All work was done in less than 1 ½ hours and service was great as usual. Thanks to Christina for a quick pleasant service experience.
  She must be pretty smart to ‘cause she likes my jokes.

  I had a great car buying experience at Burns Ford. Carl Boyd is as far from the stereotypical salesman as you can get. He did not force anything on me and my wife. He was great to work with. Everything was transparent, in terms of the car and the price. I was in and out with keys in hand in about an hour. I had a great car buying experience.

  Burns Ford in Lancaster is always helpful, courteous and prompt when i come in for service. They also offer a rewards program that gives you discounts on their services. I have been using their service department for all of my routine oil changes and the few other services that I have needed for the last 3 or four years.
