  Top Notch customer service-to be honest, I don't feel like I have EVER been so impressed with ANY retail store in my life as I am at the Harbor Freight in Lancaster. Today I was blown away yet again, especially with Penita & Elizabeth-and I must give a compliment to Crystal as well, she told me about the app for HF and saved me even more money. All 3 have done nothing but been there to answer any question I had and help in any way possible, every visit!!! I appreciate them and the team in Lancaster-And as far as quality, it is superior-Pittsburgh Tools is a staple here, and I would buy these tools over Craftsman any day of the week, and they cost much less. The team you employ in the Lancaster should be a role model to every other retail establishment around. This store is ALWAYS organized, clean and well stocked. This is how a store should be run. Thank You Harbor Freight for getting it right where most get it wrong nowadays!!!

  My favorite place but you have to be careful with the tools. You need to know which ones are worth the money. Or else you'll get what you paid for.. But I still love this store.
