(January 3, 2020, 9:34 pm)All other Walmart Store number's should take note and use the Lancaster super center as a model of success that gives all the other stores a goal to strive towards. Every department,(in this specific Walmart supercenter,) is staffed with the nicest, most knowledgeable group of employees that genuinely just want to help you in whatever way they can. Not saying thst there is not still some bad apples here & there but they got it right a lot more than they did wrong when staffing the store with workers and then putting them in the appropriate department. The HR manager at the store deserves a serious Pat on the back or at least a cuddle for what he has accomplish here. I thank you

(September 15, 2019, 11:54 am)For my husband and I, good customer service, always determines whether or not we'll return to any establishment. On a few occasions, we've had to seek help when searching for certain product brands and 1-employee stands out the most for us. David Cook, is one of the supervisors near the deli area and we can honestly say that he goes above and beyond for his store. He doesn't just brush the customer off when approached, but he actually seeks answers and for that we'd like him to know that his exceptional work doesn't go unnoticed. Hey Walmart, you're lucky to have this guy!!!
