Was looking for a herding ball for my miniature American Shepard. And the customer service girl was very helpful. They didn't have one but I bought a new ball for fetching. He loves it!!

I purchased a pair of crested geckos and they both seem to be in good health. I did notice the living condition in the store was not at all optimal for this species, but they had no problem with adapting to their new home environment. My only concern was that the store associate did not know how to gender the geckos so we ended up with a boy and a girl. This isn’t an issue for us, but for future purchases I will need to look up gendering before purchasing so I can do it myself. I online ordered everything I needed for their new home, and am extremely satisfied with my purchase overall. Thank you, PetCo!

Great store with a wide selection of fish products! Live plants are the highlight and center of the store. Employees are informative too! The register system however was so old however it wouldn't let me register a custom domain email for rewards. Hope they get that fixed up. Overall you can tell the store is pretty old but as far as products go, they have a ton of stuff.
