From the way he welcomed me as a new customer to explaining how his process works, I felt comfortable letting him investigate a couple vehicle issues I've been working through. He was transparent, honest, and well-meaning. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or think he was being brash, which is rare in this market.
He gave me the information I needed and sat down with me to explain where the issue exists and what is required to fix it. Absolutely above and beyond my past experiences. He took the effort to print off tech bulletins from Nissan and highlighted the necessary work and set the expectations clearly for the charges; addition he told me what the options were in comparison if not getting all of the work done.
If you're looking for a local, trustworthy business, stop by and give him a shot. -

(February 29, 2016, 11:16 am)Wayne's a great service mechanic and a good guy to work with. He's always taken enough time to thoroughly identify and solve the problem, not just a band-aid and out the door. And he does it for a fair price - may be a little higher shop rate than the area, but it will get fixed and he stands behind it too. Lots of times he's even cut a break on some pricing too, just the kind of good guy he is. Solves problems and nice about it too. Can't find that much anymore, but you'll get it here for sure.

I just recently moved to South Carolina from a major Metro area and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a place to have my car serviced that wouldn't try to over charge me for maintaining my car. Wayne is the best in two states SC and NC. I highly recommend if you need ANYTHING for your automotive needs you give this man your business, you won't be disappointed and you'll make a great friend too!
