The manager, Cynthia, was so helpful and answered all our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. My mother was so nervous and uneasy about having oxygen. She called multiple times and we came into the office many times and Cynthia always was so pleasant and took the time to make my mother feel understood . Cynthia was amazing and an example of what customer service should be!! 5 stars are not enough for this lady. Would highly recommend!”
