“Originally went to their competitor across the street. I needed all the bulbs for my headlights that got shattered in a deer accident. I was having a tough time finding what I needed plus I had 2 kids with me. After I finally found what I needed they only had single packs I needed double packs. Asked if they had the double pack of lights in the back. Was told what you see is what we got. Ok I told them well can you at least honor the double pack price they said no. I felt like I was bothering them and was surprised I wasn't offered a better resolution. So I go across the street to O'Reilly the young man at the counter with the shaved head help me find exactly what I needed quickly and efficiently and the the O'Reilly price was actually cheaper which saved me some money. Also the older lady with the glasses also appeared to have excellent customer service skills as she was helping other people with their needs and had a pleasant attitude the whole time. If you appreciate good customer service forget the other places O'Reilly will help you out.”

“This is a small grocery store with limited options. This Bi-Lo doesn't have a deli. The checkout lines move very slow because usually there is only 1 or 2 open. This Bi-Lo does have a very good selection of healthy and ripe fruits and vegetables.”

“I purchased a 2009 Ford Ranger truck from this dealership July 1, 2019 and had a very good experience. I was looking for an inexpensive used truck and had one unique requirement; I wanted one with a manual transmission, and nothing else would do. I simply enjoy shifting gears and had not had a straight drive vehicle in about 16 years. Come hell or high water I was going to have another one. Turns out they are hard to come by. Anyway this one had low mileage (67000) and was priced decently. It was serviced nicely, had new tires and some very nice rims to boot. It was certainly worth the trip from Myrtle Beach to Lancaster (a place I lived briefly years ago). Buying a used vehicle is always risky to some degree, bit this one turned out good, and I would definitely recommend the dealership.”

“I was not a big shopper at Family Dollar until I visited this one close to my home because I was sick and didn't want to go to grocery store. Well it was a small grocery store. Had so much and was so neat and clean. Now it is my store. Sure I still shop at larger stores but I buy all my paper products. , detergents , soap , and have even picked up a few clothing items. The workers are so nice and helpful. I do spend more than I want because things jump out at me and I will get them. I always enjoy shopping at the Family Dollar on 521 highway in Lancaster SC.”
