(January 3, 2019, 9:37 pm)I have had a great experience at this store. Both guys were extremely helpful, Benjamin sold me the phone and I can't remember the other guy's name but both were great and extremely helpful. Had to go twice and didn't wait either time. I will always use this store.

(October 8, 2018, 12:40 am)I just have to say, I absolutely 100000000% will forever only go to this location and ONLY deal with the employee named Benjamin!! That man was the best person I have ever had the pleasure to meet and deal with at a Verizon store (or any other store for that matter) in my entire life!! He was a blessing and I am so thankful he was there. My best friend of 20 years just passed away unexpectedly and I needed a new phone and was TERRIFIED I would lose everything from my old phone from her. Benjamin was able to transfer EVERYTHING from my old phone to the new phone and he spent hours with me, 2 different days making sure I got the right phone for my $ situation AND transferred EVERYTHING for me. Not only my pics and videos but EVERY single text I had on my phone from the beginning of using it over 2 years ago. It was almost 28,000 messages he was able to transfer for me. I can not put into words my appreciation for him and what he did for me. I literally cried and I never cry. It means the world to me what you did for me!! Thank you again so much for being the awesome, very patient and understanding person that you are. I pray God blesses you and your family emencly!! You truly deserve everything good in your life. Keep him as long as you can because it's people like him that will keep customers coming back for life.
