Garrett at Honesty Services was amazing! He was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail, and he even answered our questions on how to deal with heat and humidity issues plaguing our house in the summer. On top of that, reps from Honesty Services called me when Garrett was on his way and again after he left to make sure we were satisfied with the job. We will be using Honesty Services for all our HVAC needs going forward. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I was assigned Honesty Mechanical through my Home Warranty company and they immediately called to set up a time to come out the following day. David came out and was very polite, courteous, and funny! He recognized something that could potentially be a problem and fixed it right away (saving me hundreds of dollars). I hope I get him all the time when I need something fixed!

I found Honesty through Thumbtack. When my heat went out they were the first ones to respond to my job post and were able to come out the same day. Unfortunately for me I had to come out of pocket as my home warranty was still new and therefore the issue wasn't covered. However, they were able to get me a new unit installed quick and efficiently along with discounts. Curtis and Roger didn't seem to mind as I watched and asked questions while they worked. Very friendly and professional installers.
