We have brought both our kids here. It has always been a great experience for us. The staff is amazing and wonderful with the kids. They are usually busy so there is sometimes a wait, but the service out weighs the wait time. Would recommend!
I was having my elementary age children treated at our family dentist when I discovered she was harsh and forceful when I was not in the room. We switched to another location IMMEDIATELY! Our new dentist suggested Fort Mill Pediatric Dentistry due to my youngest having severe anxiety. FMPD got us in asap, was super patient and informational about what was going on beforehand (in children's language). The dentist offers practical options, but puts the choice in your hands, and let's you know what your insurance will cover. They were so amazing that my other child begged to go there too! We will NEVER go anywhere else!
Wonderful experience! Staff was exceptional. The Dr took her time to answer all my questions and look at each of my kids. It was the easiest Dr appointment experience, and while having all the kids with my husband and I. I highly recommend!
The BEST pediatric dentistry in town! We could not be more pleased with Dr. Katie and her team! The entire staff is a joy starting the moment you walk in the door! Appointments are easy and flexible. My daughter hates going to the dentist, and I was shocked to see how comfortable she was with this team! KUDDOS!
Dr. Katie and her staff are amazing with our children! Our son had aversions to anyone or anything getting close to his mouth. Dr. Katie and her staff were so patient with him and knew just what to do to put him at ease. We were shocked when he actually allowed them in his mouth to clean his teeth, as he had never let anyone else do that before. Dr. Katie also suggested we show him a great video on You Tube about going to the Dentist before coming back the next time. Our son loved the video and loves going to see Dr. Katie because he is now familiar with the process and all of the equipment. If you are looking for a Pediatric Dentist in the Fort Mill, Rock Hill or the South Charlotte area, please consider Dr. Katie. Your kids will thank you!
